How to offer tiered gifts or several gifts in one order

Cart Value and Cart Quantity offers can have several goals. Each goal has its own minimum and its own gift options.

Add a goal

Open the offer, go to Gift Offer, and click Add goal. Set the minimum for the new goal and choose its gift. The progress bar on your store shows a checkpoint for each goal.

Tiered gifts: only the highest gift

Example: Gift A at $100, Gift B at $200, but not both.

Create one offer with two goals: $100 → Gift A, $200 → Gift B.
In Offer Settings, turn on Only award the highest eligible gift.

This setting is off by default. When it's off, a customer who spends $200 gets both gifts. When it's on, they only get the gift of the highest goal they reach, and the lower gift is removed automatically.

Several gifts at once

To give two or three gifts in the same order, add several goals with the same minimum and one gift for each goal. You can also use this to give two units of the same gift.

One gift per goal

Each goal gives one gift per order, even if the customer passes the minimum several times (for example, a $300 cart on a $100 goal still gets one gift).
