How do AppHero Free Gift plans and billing work?

• Plans are based on the number of gifts per month. Choose the plan that matches your store's gift volume.
• Every plan includes all features.
• The app comes with a 10-day free trial, so you can try it before paying.
• Billing is handled by Shopify and appears on your Shopify bill.

What happens if I go over my plan's limit?

Your gifts never stop. If you give more gifts than your plan includes, you're billed for the plan that matches your actual monthly gift volume. You can see your usage in the app's Plans & Pricing page.

Change or cancel your plan

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Plans & Pricing in the app. To cancel, uninstall the app. You won't be charged after uninstalling.
